Assemblers

Located in downtown Buffalo, Perma Tech Inc. is seeking Assemblers for the Company’s quickly growing and changing production operation.

Since being founded in 1984, Perma Tech, Inc. has established a reputation for designing and building custom, high quality loading dock solutions through the success of adopting the principles of lean manufacturing and workforce development. This, along with our R&D and other efforts, allows us to provide our customers with uniquely customized products, at unheard lead times, at a time when many competitors are attempting to limit themselves to more standardized products and procedures.

As a result of recent and anticipated continued growth, we are seeking to add to our production staff, including assemblers. These individuals will use hand and power tools to assemble and package seal and shelter units. Training is provided. This position is Full Time, Monday-Friday, 1st shift (8am-4:30pm).

Qualified candidates will have the following:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).

• 1 year experience in Manufacturing.

• Fork lift experience a plus

• Must be able to read patterns and work orders, and translate them to work at hand.

• Ability to measure and mark components, communicate well, pay attention to detail, perform reliably, and

  function on a team.
